what fills your cup? ☕️...typically spending days just enjoying myself, versus checking things off my to do list, can give me a certain level of anxiety - worry that I’m not being “productive”. but it is days like these that fill my cup and nourish my soul. as the saying goes, you cannot pour from an empty cup — so take the time to fill yours up, whatever that means for you ☕️ .

What’s holding you back?✨ I woke up in a dysregulated mood with all plans for the day having fallen through & the weather seeming equally unpredictable. It’s going to be a busy week, maybe I should just stay in bed & rest? ...I knew all of these are just excuses that if I allowed to control my day, would not help me to improve my mood. One. Thing. At. A. Time. I want fresh air. I’ll go alone. I’ll pack a raincoat. I got on my bike without a route & followed the water...Never forget you are in control of your life & the choices you make. Don't practice wheel pose or any other extension without proper warming of your whole body. - It is NOT all about your spine flexibility... shoulders' opening is playing a very important role here. Also, strong legs and core will give you more stability. - ⚠️ Pay attention to your Alignment: ▪️ Feet parallel, hip distance apart ▪️Do not open knees to the side (internal rotation of your legs from hip to knees). ▪️Do not open elbows to the side. - You can add blocks under hands to deep the chest opening or you can put the blocks reclined to a wall to decrease the angle and the pressure on your wrists. - If you think it is too easy you can work using belts to keep your legs, elbows and feet aligned
